Through a mind-body approach, you’ll complete a 12 week exercise & nutrition coaching program to feel CALM & CONFIDENT.

Using 7+ years of Fitness Coaching experience, Certified as a Personal Trainer & a Nutrition Coach, Mental Health Worker professional role, and numerous other certifications.

In-Studio Personal Training:
Home Studio on Hamilton West Mountain, between hours of 6am and 6pm, based on availability.
30 or 50 Minute Sessions.

Monthly Packages (3 month minimum):
2x/week at 30 mins $320+ HST or 50 mins $400+ HST / 4 weeks
3x/week at 30 mins $450 + HST or 50 mins $575 + HST / 4 weeks

Home Training Program and/or Nutrition Coaching add ons available

12 Week Virtual Fitness & Nutrition Coaching
3 Payments of $299 + HST
2 Onboarding Zoom Calls w/ goal setting
12 Week Custom Fitness (Strength + Cardio) Fitness Program

FAQ:

How is the program delivered?
Wellness Coaching is delivered virtually. Starting with an in-depth questionnaire, full assessment, & Zoom or in person program calls. Fitness & Wellbeing program is delivered through your own private training app, which allows you and Jackie Milne to engage daily. You will be required to complete weekly homework such as following fitness program, completing menu planning, journalling and/or personal reflections.

Investment:
Investments are covered within your discovery call and based upon the service that would serve you best. On average, Wellness Coaching ranges from $400-500/month and requires a $199 deposit. The remainder of the investment can be paid in full or be separated into a payment plan.

Refunds:
No refunds are given for any part of the program already completed and/or delivered. Should life circumstances change and/or emergencies arise for any part of the duration of the program not yet completed, considerations will be made (such as putting program on hold until ready to restart). These considerations will be determined based on individual circumstances.
