I believe in strong, vulnerable, honest and authentic relationships. And, built off my life experience from working in social work, and my personal world of coping and healing through trauma, I lean into supporting my clients through all their humanness. I encourage grace and compassion on hard days, and I encourage intensity and challenge as you learn how strong and capable you really are. I have a fundamental belief that improving your fitness, nutrition and well-being is the gateway to less suffering, and I am on a mission to help as many people as I can, feel good again. Your world, and the world, will be a better place because of it.

Deadlifts.

All day, every day. Ok not really. But there is something wildly empowering about moving heavy weight off the floor. Always wanted to work with the barbell but need the confidence to get there? Well that is my jam. Let’s connect.
